Changes

• patterns in pattern database can be selected then drawn into timeline just like notes in piano roll
  
• drag anchor is where user clicked rather than top left corner
  
• remove active state from stop button
• unify coloring of active states
• unify coloring of selected state
• use WASAPI audio driver rather than DirectSound when available
• quantization rounds down rather than to nearest

Bugfix

• error when using keyboard navigation in preset selector
• flicker when clicking timeline event
• duplicated tracks share instrument with original
• first note isn't played in piano roll
• notes continue to play at end of pattern
